PUBLIC HEARING FOR ORDINANCE 194 AMENDING GARBAGE RATES
The Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District conducted a Public Hearing to discuss an ordinance amending Title 4, Chapter 1 of the Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District Ordinance Code, an Ordinance Regulating Solid Waste, Recyclable and Organic Materials, and the Collection, Removal and Disposal Thereof, as amended, and relating to rates to be charged. This hearing took place at the District office at 101 Lucas Valley Road, Suite 300. San Rafael on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 4:00 PM. Ordinance 194 was approved.
Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
