The District requires a sewer lateral video inspection application to be submitted upon sale or transfer of property prior to close of escrow or if you have a building permit equal or greater than $30,000.  Standard review (10 business days) requires $250 payment. Expedited review (5 business days) requires $500 payment. 

Payment of fees are accepted online or in person at the Administration Office - 101 Lucas Valley Road, Suite 300, San Rafael, CA. 94903.  Check or cash payments are only accepted in person at our Administration Office.

 Lateral Replacement or Repair 

The District requires an on-site inspection for all sewer lateral work upon completion of construction prior to backfill.  No cost for inspection.
