7. NORTH BAY WATERSHED ASSOCIATION (NBWA) PROPOSAL FOR DEVELOPING A COUNTY WIDE PROGRAM TO REDUCE INFILTRATION AND INFLOW INTO PRIVATE SEWER FACILITIES: District Manager is seeking approval to participate in NBWA effort to develop a unified outreach program and a model ordinance for Private Sewer Facilities.


POSSIBLE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS: $25,000

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Board approve participation in the NBWA effort to develop a regional lateral ordinance.

8. CAMP DRESSER AND MCKEE’S PROPOSAL FOR WASTEWATER REUSE OPTIONS EVALUATION SCOPE OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROPOSAL: District Manager will report on Camp Dresser and McKee’s Proposal for Wastewater Reuse Options related to the District’s options for future water reclamation plant upgrades.


POSSIBLE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS: $95,000

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Direct Staff to seek additional proposals
